In short: you may use the site and its tools for free and for your own planning. Results are estimates, not advice, and you use them at your own risk.

1. Scope

These terms apply to everyone who uses myFIREplan.ch, operated by Nick Steiner, Zurich, Switzerland ("we"). By using the site you accept them.

2. No advice

All content and tools are general information for education. They do not consider your personal situation and are not financial, tax, legal, insurance, pension or investment advice, nor an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any product. Read the disclaimer.

3. No guarantee

We prepare content carefully and check Swiss rules against official sources, but we cannot guarantee that everything is complete, correct or current. Calculations rely on assumptions; real outcomes will differ. Past returns do not predict future returns.

4. Liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, we exclude liability for damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the site, its content or its tools, and from decisions you take based on them. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains.

5. Use of the content

You may use the calculator and read the content for private, non-commercial purposes and share links to our pages. Copying texts in bulk, republishing them, or using the site for automated data collection requires our written consent. Covers released under CC0 may be reused freely.

6. Links and advertising

Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. Advertisements are marked as such ("ad", "Anzeige", "annonce", "annuncio"); the advertiser alone is responsible for them.

7. Changes

We may change the site and these terms at any time. The version published here applies.

8. Law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer law.
